The Inflight Services division supports and manages the activities of more than 24,000 flight attendants at 18 bases around the world. Areas of oversight include safety, training, service strategy and performance, crew resources and base Services, and field operations.

 

The products and services provided by Inflight Services require working closely with subject matter experts, departments, and accountable managers from nearly every area of United, in addition to regulatory and industry personnel.
