The Food Services Division is responsible for the planning, design, production and transportation of food, beverages and onboard retail products for 2,300 daily United and Continental flights worldwide.
Our division includes the headquarters team located in Chicago at the Willis offices in addition to six Chelsea Kitchens in five cities (Cleveland, Denver, Newark, Houston, and Honolulu) with over 2,200 employees. Through our own kitchens and many contracted partners, the Food Services headquarters team provides oversight and has responsibility for all caterer related activities including performance and execution at 220 airport locations.
The environment is fast-paced, deadline driven, customer-focused, and offers many opportunities to learn and grow. Food Services is comprised of line and management roles at our headquarter and kitchen locations.
