The United Airlines Sales organization is comprised of over 800 employees worldwide who work with travel agencies, corporate travel departments and individual corporate travelers to create a strong pipeline of high-yield passenger traffic for United Airlines.

 

Our Goals Include: 

  • Partner with Worldwide Sales
    • Ensure strategic alignment between field and Sales Resources
    • Focus on revenue quality and incremental opportunity
  • Build upon and enhance our Sales IT systems, data sources and explore self-service options
  • Develop and deliver products, tools, events, training and communications that educate internal and external customers while promoting United
  • Resolve outstanding issues that hinder efficiency, progress and compliance
  • Measure and manage industry trends and adapt to our business
